What parts are you talking about? The blades could be made out of composites like carbon fiber. They need to be light to decrease the moment of inertia of the assembly.

Many of them are being made of carbon fibre composite. Look to the online catalog of the Northern Tool Company for their line of windmills and PTO generators to hook them up to.
It’s a good site and company but I’ve never understood why it’s called the Northern Tool Company when most of it’s stores are located in the south.
Some of these turbines can be quite expensive as can be the masts. I’ve never seen any from their site made of Titanium, but mainly carbon fibre content.
The actual generator with a simple PTO hookup isn’t so expensive but it’s the wind turbine that is. Couple that with installation and a cement foundtion and it’s quite pricey.
These are more practical in the plains states as they’re more windy, but one tornado or high windstorm will wreak the investment.
The Northern Tool company also sells solar equipment and to supply a home with an “off grid” system usually will set you back about 15k U.S.
Not sure where they get their turbines, their website may tell, but I believe many of these are made in Denmark.
